Eclaro's Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solution that supported three of the Client's separate business divisions; Insurance, Reinsurance and Mortgage Insurance. Eclaro was able to provide over 150 resources at our Delivery Centers in the Philippines in <12 months. Eclaro's BPO solution supported operations located in multiple geographies, including Australia, Canada, South Africa, United Kingdom and United States. BPO solution would support various operating units such as; Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, Claims Processing, Compliance, and Customer Service. Eclaro teams reached 104% of productivity within 18 months. Client experienced annual savings of $15 million (an average of 60% per team). Strong employee engagement, resulting in <3.4% turnover.
