Private: Served As Process Improvement Engineer for Global Plant Initiative

S: Executive team complained of lack of interest from employees to participate in continuous improvement projects.  

T: The problem identified was that employees did not feel they had the time to work on projects. They also felt their jobs would be eliminated. 

A: I created a Lean Enterprise Excellence program that allowed me to coach, train and walk team members through project opportunities that allowed them to utilize their time more effectively and gain wins. 

R: Projects created under the program initiative saving $3.1 million in materials and labor time spent on inefficient processes. Workplace engagement for Lean in the office and manufacturing floor improved by 177% within 6 months.
