Cynthia Henderson, P.E. PWS
President
Ms. Henderson is a professional engineer (PE) and professional wetland scientist (PWS) with 19 years of experience in various aspects of ecosystem restoration, natural resource surveys, environmental engineering, environmental remediation, and regulatory compliance. She is an experienced project manager and has completed projects for multiple branches of the armed forces as well as state, municipal, and private clients.
She has extensive experience in wetland and stream design, assessment, surveying, and restoration. She is fully certified in ROSGEN Natural Channel Design for stream restoration. She has been responsible for the successful completion of multiple Mitigation Bank Instruments and the first, second, and third-ever USACE Mobile District wetland mitigation banks to reach full final approval and credit release.
Mr. Foster has 26 years of experience in environmental planning, specializing in natural resource surveying, management, restoration, and permitting. A former MDMR employee, his experience includes work in the regulatory, research and consulting sectors. He has expertise in mitigation planning and project design, ecological function and impact assessment from watershed to site scale, land cover mapping and analysis, environmental permitting, endangered species surveys, and the use of GIS for environmental management. He served a member of the National Consortium of remote sensing in the transportation environment with faculty of MSU and others.
