With a degree in Accounting and an MBA, Kelly spent 5 years in healthcare strategic planning before her dad, Junior Davis, gave her the opportunity to join his company as the Operations Manager. That was in 1997 and since then she has moved from daily operations to the CFO position before her dad’s retirement in 2013. In 2014 she became the President of JDA Promotional Solutions where she is using her strategic planning, administrative and organizational skills. Kelly and her husband Bill live in Hoover  and have two beautiful daughters, Abby and Hannah.

Gena began working with the company over 20 years ago gaining experience in many aspects of the business. For the past 10 years, her focus has shifted to growing sales in key accounts. Now as Co-Owner & VP, she continues her work on account relations as well as new business development. She received her Bachelor's of Advertising Specialty Information from the Advertising Specialty Institute in the fall of 2015. In her free time, Gena’s passion is mentoring young women that are going through hardships in their lives. Gena and her husband Nate live in Birmingham and have two wonderful children, Maddie and Grayson.
