CEO
I am a mom, mentor, mogul and visionary leader who is changing the narrative of lock solutions.
I am doing that as the CEO of NU-SET Inc., a trusted global lock manufacturing division formed to develop pioneering safety products and digitally transform my family’s third-generation business empire.
My passion is finding new ways to adapt legacy lock hardware systems and catapult NU-SET’s innovations to the forefront of the IoT-revolution. To redefine how our customers “secure”!
I lead the only woman-owned lock manufacturer in the United States and one of my favorite things is inspiring the next-generation of women entrepreneurs through the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). When not doing that I am Chair of WBEC-West Los Angeles Leadership Forum; and serve on the Enterprising Women’s magazine advisory board, The Women Presidents’ Organization, Inc. (WPO) steering committee; and YWCA Greater Los Angeles board of directors. I’ve also been a guest expert on Lifetime Network's "Designing Spaces" discussing home security and the evolution of safety solutions.
Away from the office, for over 20 years my family has supported Guide Dogs for the Blind. Guide Dogs enabled my sister to graduate with me at UC Berkeley, continue her Harvard post graduate degree and now work in the Pentagon. Supporting this organization partners the visually impaired with specially-trained dogs with so they can live independently and safely.
