As CEO, Eleanor establishes the company’s strategic vision and develops plans to reach company initiatives. She also participates in new business development and senior-level relationship building. Eleanor is a member of several professional organizations including WBENC, NAWBO and NAPW.

Eleanor is a graduate of The Madeira School, holds a Bachelor of Arts in European History from Sewanee: The University of The South, and a Master of Science degree in Biology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is involved in many community organizations and is a member of the Board of Directors of The American Red Cross, where she is also a member of The Tiffany Circle.

Matt has more than 18 years experience in management, IT recruiting, account management, and human resources. He is responsible for leading recruiting efforts, developing in-house recruiting talent, and managing recruiting and sales efforts in Alabama, Georgia, and India.

His skills in relationship building and negotiating are instrumental in the company’s success recruiting Fortune 500 and government accounts with multilocation needs, and growing the company’s largest accounts.

Matt is a board member for Hands On Birmingham.
