She has an extensive background in corporate America encompassing 20 years, followed by 17 years in executive non-profit management. This has served as the foundation for a well-rounded career that both developed and strengthened her leadership skills, while sharpening her analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
When it comes to helping entrepreneurs and executive leaders, she takes a results-oriented approach that leads to strategic solutions by focusing on the best ways to improve performance and the bottom line. As an Executive Coach she provides an efficient, high-impact process that helps people in leadership roles improve results that can be sustained over time.
