BofA implemented a technology refresh of the voice and data networks in 4,300 U.S. locations to improve its business operations. Genesis ATS was an integral part of the BofA Project and worked closely with Hewlett Packard Technical Services (HPTS) on behalf of all BofA network transformations. This resulted in an additional 6 years of ongoing service support during the acquisitions of Merrill Lynch and Countrywide Mortgage.
