Dr. Theresa M. Ashby has personally been responsible for leading $1.7 billion capital improvement projects. She served as Vice President with oversight to nine operational departments with hundreds of employees across two major hospital & medical campuses and had direct responsibility for a $50 million budget. She has also driven significant change management processes helping to reduce cost and waste in organizations.
