Elaine Bellock is an Executive Vice President at Applied Computer Solutions (ACS), founded in 1989 and headquartered in Southern California. ACS is a Systems Integrator specializing in designing and implementing IT solutions that bring technical advancement, value and cost savings to its enterprise clients.

In 2005 Elaine joined the ACS team after previously serving as Vice President of Information Technology at Mitchell Repair and Mitchell 1 and as the Chief Information Officer and President of Star Solutions.

Elaine has more than 30 years’ professional experience. In addition to providing executive direction for day-to-day business operations responsible for directing sales, marketing, finance, accounting, human resources, and operations, Elaine leads a highly certified technical team of solution architects, implementation engineers, contract managers, and service desk personnel.

Her team works side-by-side with clients and top-tier OEM/manufacturing partners to deliver world-class enterprise computing solutions. The service desk at ACS is one of the few in the nation that is qualified to provide first call support for the industries’ largest Original Equipment Manufacturers.

Sandra Davis saw an opportunity and had the wisdom to take it. Applied Computer Solutions (ACS) was launched in 1989 as a three-woman, home-based business that sold computer products. Not for long. An explosion in growth earned ACS a spot on Working Woman Magazine’s Working Woman 500 list in 2000; Women’s Enterprise named it No. 17 on its 100 Outstanding Women-Owned Businesses in America list in 2003; WBEC-West presented ACS with the Chairman’s Award for overall excellence in 2004; and VAR Business Magazine placed it as No. 153 on its Top 500 list in 2005.

Kate Bailey is the current Vice President at Applied Computer Solutions, a Systems Integrator specializing in designing and implementing IT solutions that bring technical advancement, value and cost savings to its enterprise clients.

Kate Bailey has 20 years of telecom industry experience in sales, operations and leadership positions. In 1999, Kate joined ACS from Pacific Bell and helped launch its new telecom sales division. Under Kate’s leadership, the division has evolved and sales have increased over 500%. A strong proponent of operational excellence and efficiency, Kate believes that an emphasis on continuous improvement and quality of service are the foundations for creating long term relationships with ACS clients.

Kate holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations degree from the University of California, Davis and completed an intensive Executive MBA program offered by the Anderson School at UCLA, Management Development for Entrepreneurs. She currently resides in picturesque Marin County with her husband and three active children.
