Glenda Burkhart is an accomplished executive in the areas of strategy, large-scale organizational change, and talent development. She has served in corporate executive roles for a number of large public companies, including Exxon Chemical, Millipore, and Reader’s Digest. She started in strategy consulting at Bain & Company and continues to engage in advisory projects such as the restructuring of British Airways North America’s sales and marketing functions and the post-merger integration of the IT groups from Exxon and Mobil.
She is also quite active in the global non-profit space, previously serving as VP of Planning and Operations for the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and currently the co-chair of the Board of Overseers for the International Rescue Committee
