Founder and CEO, RN, MSM, LNCC, CCM, MSCC, CLCP, CMSP has over 15 years of experience working with insurance companies, TPA’s and attorneys. Her credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and Master's Degree in Management. Her certifications include Legal Nurse Consultant, Case Management, Medicare Set-Aside Consultant, Life Care Planner, and Medicare Secondary Payer Professional. Professional affiliations include National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP) where Janet serves on the Evidence Based Medicine Committee and American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants (AALNC) where she serves on the Webinar Committee.
Ms. Parker's experience includes Medical-Surgical, Intensive Care, Medicaid Fraud Auditor for the State of Indiana, Telephonic Case Management, and Field Case Management. Since 2001 she has been writing and reviewing legal nurse reports, medical cost projections, Medicare Set-Asides, and life care plans. Ms. Parker has experience as a Nurse Manager, a Quality Supervisor, and Director of Clinical and Quality Services and has developed and provided various training and educational presentations.
