Tripwireless came up with a cost effective solution to bring down the cost of repairs by supporting Sprint through cost effective equipment and keeping an eye on the freight charges. By forecasting their run rate of repairs, Tripwireless has been able to strategically purchase at a below FMV cost to continue to give Sprint the best industry pricing.

We continue to sit down with the Sprint team to discuss how to keep costs down through spares, replacements, stocking, and shipping. We have also presented a warehouse logistics method to keep warehousing in SOX Compliant and maintain an up to date inventory control.
