As the CEO and founding principal of Building & Earth Sciences, Deepa Bhate brings 29 years of business experience specific to consulting engineering. Her day-to-day role at the company takes two directions: executive leadership and client relations.
Ms. Bhate heads strategic planning, leadership development and cash flow allocation. Business development, proposals and reviewing then negotiating contracts are among her administrative roles. Ms. Bhate is also experienced in the direction of field and laboratory testing services, where she has supervised a staff of engineers and construction materials testing technicians.
