Ms. Holland is the former COO of The Holland Group of Tennessee. In that role she was responsible for all Holland locations, product lines and client relationships. Prior to joining Holland in 1991, she was Vice President of Human Resources for Ingram Book Group and Samsonite Furniture Company.

Mr. Holland is the former founder and CEO of The Holland Group of Tennessee, a $120 million staffing, human resources and process management firm. Prior to founding the Holland Group in 1991, he was Vice President of Human Resources for Tennex Industries, a Nissan corporation.

Ms. Givens is the former Vice President of Staffing for The Holland Group of Tennessee. In that role she was responsible for all Holland staffing locations across the United States. Prior to joining Holland she was Plant Manager for Regal Boat Manufacturing Company.
