Believing in the importance of the “two Cs” – culture and communication – Stacy has developed a strong internal culture at ServiceMaster by Stratos through open communication channels based on core values like integrity, accountability and respect. She strives to achieve a firm balance between being a headstrong CEO and a true friend to her employees, and she continues to lead Stratos to new heights, through continued growth and the introduction of technological advancements throughout the organization, while servicing venues in Tennessee, Alabama and Mississippi.

Stacy’s professional career began as an engineer with Mobile Oil after graduating from Mississippi State University. With experience in creating repeatable and sustainable processes, the move into a ServiceMaster Clean franchise (and ServiceMaster Building Maintenance) was a natural transition. In the first two years, Stacy exercised her leadership gifts by building a new franchise opportunity in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, which led to serving as vice president of administration and program development. Upon promotion to chief financial officer, Stacy expanded her process-driven leadership before becoming CEO and president in 2009. With a vision and passion for excellence, Stacy led ServiceMaster Building Maintenance toward rebranding, becoming ServiceMaster by Stratos in 2010.

Since 2008, Stacy has served on the ServiceMaster Clean Regional Council, as well as a Southeastern Conference Council Representative on the ServiceMaster Clean National Franchise Council, eventually serving as vice chairman and chairman. After taking majority ownership in the company, Stacy applied for and received the Women’s Business Enterprise Certification from the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.

A Lipscomb Pitts Breakfast Club member, Stacy plays an active role in the Memphis business community. As a result, she has received many honors over the years, including 2013 Memphis Business Journal’s Super Woman in Business and, most recently, 2015 Memphis Business Journal’s Small Business of the Year. She participates as an activate mentor to young business women in the Memphis Business Journal’s Bizwomen Mentoring Monday series through several events annually.

Stacy sits on the board of directors for the Chickasaw Council of Boy Scouts of America and serves as a commissioner for Memphis City Beautiful. Furthermore, she and her Stratos team give back together by providing in-kind janitorial services to many of Memphis’ nonprofit organizations and events, such as Memphis Charitable Foundation’s Blues Ball and Jingle Bell Ball; MIFA’s annual Feed the Soul event; and Downtown Memphis’ RiverArtsFest.

Chris McCall

COO and Vice President

Chris’ philosophy for service is very simple: treat your customers and co-workers with the highest degree of integrity, and always do what you say you will do. With that philosophy to guide him, Chris has consistently demonstrated the ability to bring teams of service partners together to tackle jobs in diverse industries, such as food processing, health care, sports, commercial, industrial and entertainment, for the past 35 years. ServiceMaster by Stratos has grown to be one of the largest ServiceMaster Clean franchises in the world from humble beginnings with Chris’ leadership.

Chris’ experience in the janitorial industry started in 1979 when he worked for his family’s janitorial business, ServiceMaster Building Maintenance. After graduating from Mississippi State University with a mechanical engineering degree, he left the family business to work in the offshore oil field for Schlumberger North America. After a successful tenure, Chris decided to follow in his father’s footsteps, so he and Stacy moved to Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where the duo started a ServiceMaster Clean® franchise in 1988.

Focusing on traditions of service and innovations in sustainability, Chris has worked alongside Stacy to create a trusted company that is now headquartered in the heart of Downtown Memphis. He and Stacy have led their ServiceMaster Clean franchise business through continued growth with a footprint that currently covers three states.
