Sarah Boles, owner of PMI, has more than two decades of experience in the injection molding business. She began in 1987 as co-owner with her husband, Doug, of Tree-Guard Inc., producing an injected molded product for the nursery industry. The same year, Sarah and Doug began operations of PMI with co-partner, Dwight Phillips. In 1998, Sarah began working alongside Doug at PMI after they bought the remaining partnership interest from from Mr. Phillips. Sarah has been sole owner of PMI since the death of her husband in 2005. She has studies in Business Administration and Computer Science.
