• It has been Frazee’s practice to conduct “face-to-face" interviews but began doing virtual interviews after the Covid 19 outbreak-and will continue to do so now...in fact, we are doing all of our interviewing, placement, & on-boarding virtually. The main point here is that we meet & interview all our candidates, in person OR virtually, before placing them into positions. Many of our competitors don’t do that.
