Ms. Granger graduated from the University of Southern Louisiana(USL) in 1994 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and earned her M.S. in 2000 in Engineering at USL as well. Ms. Granger is a licensed civil engineer in Louisiana and Florida and has been a Civil Engineer for over 22 years. Her experience includes project management, planning, modeling, design, permitting and construction administration of coastal restoration, water resources and large civil works projects for local, state and federal clients throughout the Gulf Coast. Some of Ms. Granger’s experience includes serving as the City of Youngsville’s City Engineer since January 2015, Project Engineer for CPRA’s Mid-Barataria Sediment Diversion project through 15% plans, Engineering Lead for the Mississippi River Mid Basin Sediment Diversion Program and many other water management projects including the USACE and South Florida Water Management District C-44 Phases 1 and 2 projects that are part of the Acceler8 Everglades Restoration Program.


She is active in the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and has served on numerous committees, and has held officer positions on the branch level in Louisiana and Florida and is the current Past President of the Louisiana Section Board of Directors of ASCE.


She is an active member of the Youngsville Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Business Advocacy Committee. She is also a member of the Youngsville Lions Club and the Krewe Des Amis.
