Julie E. McDonald, Ph.D. has practiced psychology for over 20 years and applies solid psychological principles to help clients address a variety of concerns. Through her private psychology practice at Bair, Peacock, McDonald, McMullan, & Bell (BPMMB), she provides psychological assessment and treatment services to adolescents, adults, and couples. At McDonald Graham, LLC, Dr. McDonald brings her 20+ years of experience providing psychological services out of the therapy office and into the business world, with the singular goal of helping professionals flourish at work and in life. Dr. McDonald works in private one-to-one or small group settings with professionals at all levels of their career. She is experienced in leadership coaching for small businesses, family owned businesses, and large corporations and specializes in coaching high potential employees to progress toward their career and personal goals. Dr. McDonald has expertise and a vast amount of experience in helping individuals:

She is a member of the Birmingham Collaborative Alliance and works as a divorce coach with individuals who have chosen to end their marriage through the collaborative divorce process. She is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the Birmingham Collaborative Alliance. Dr. McDonald is also a member of the American Psychological Association, the Alabama Psychological Association, the National Register of Health Service Psychologists, and has served as an Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Psychology Department for 20+ years.

Dr. McDonald completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at Transylvania University in Lexington, KY, her Master’s degree and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at University of Alabama at Birmingham, and her clinical internship at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. 

Lisa Goldstein Graham, Ph.D. has practiced in the field of organizational psychology for over 17 years. Lisa maintains a private organizational psychology practice at Lisa Graham & Associates. Dr. Graham helps organizations – from small, family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies – address a wide range of issues involving people. Before founding McDonald Graham in 2015 and Lisa Graham & Associates in 2017, Dr. Graham worked as a consultant with Blankenship & Seay Consulting Group, Inc. Her expertise includes:

Lisa completed her undergraduate work at Emory University. She received a M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee and a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change at Antioch University. She is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the International Leadership Association, the OD Network, and the American Psychological Association. Lisa has served as an adjunct professor of psychology at Samford University and enjoys being involved with several non-profit organizations. She is the immediate past Chair of the Board of Collaborative Solutions, Inc. and served for several years on the Board and Executive Committee of Collat Jewish Family Services.
