Greg Roache, our company president, served on the NPCA (National Precast Concrete Association) Board of Directors and Marketing Committee and is a member of the Microbial Induced Corrosion Task Force.

Lisa Roache, our Chief Operations Officer, serves as chairman of the NPCA Education Committee. She also serves as chairperson of the NPCA Microbial Induced Corrosion Task Force. Additionally, Lisa has been inducted into the prestigious TOP GUN club for her recruitment efforts. Lisa is also an active committee member of the Associated Builders and Contractors.

Cyndi Glascock, our Senior Design Manager has spoken both locally and nationally about the dangers of fats, oils and grease blocking up our Nation’s Sewer Infrastructures. She is a member of the NPCA Water and Wastewater Committee and was one of 12 candidates selected for the Inaugural Leadership NPCA class.
