Iam Tucker
Iam Tucker serves as the President and CEO of Integrated Logistical Support, Inc. (ILSI Engineering). Founded over two decades ago, ILSI Engineering is a 100% female, minority owned, 8(a) Certified civil engineering firm that provides competent, cost effective services in the civil engineering field. ILSI Engineering specializes in sewer, water, streets and drainage design projects, as well as program and Construction Management. Ms. Tucker is responsible for the day-to- day management, direction, business development and implementation of policy for all civil engineering, structural engineering and construction management activities.
Since assuming the presidency of ILSI, she has generated a commendable record of corporate achievements for herself and the company, highlighting 62 contract awards across various state, local and federal agencies since assuming the helm of the company 8 years ago.
Ms. Tucker is a passionate advocate for the City of New Orleans and the people within it. She is a member of the non-partisan advocacy group African American Women of Purpose and Power. She is a graduate of Cohort 5 of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program at Delgado Community College and an honoree in the 2013 Gambit 40 under 40 class. Ms. Tucker has been appointed to the New Orleans Police & Justice Foundation, a cause near and dear to her heart and background as a police officer.
Ronald L. Schumann
Vice President, Engineering and Technical Services
Mr. Ronald Schumann is a Civil Engineer with 38 years of experience in planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects. Project involvement has encompassed interstate highways, state highways, airports, heliports, transportation and traffic analysis, transportation planning, line and grade studies corridor studies, environmental impact statements, environmental assessments, reconstruction and rehabilitation of streets and infrastructure.
Mr. Schumann also has experience in design of drainage projects, drainage pump stations, wastewater treatment plants and sewer pump stations. Experience also includes providing construction management services for street infrastructure improvements, buildings, sports facilities, light rail transit projects, and port projects, as well as the direction of topographic and right-of- way surveys for highway and roadway projects.
Leslie Tabony
Sr. VP of Operations.
Ms. Tabony has over 27 years of experience in Operations, Marketing, and Strategic Alliances with large engineering firms and the Government sector including federal, state and municipalities. Expertise includes understanding of the disadvantaged minority business applications in performance of Planning, Civil Design, Program Management and Construction Management contracts.
Ms. Tabony also has strong skills in contracts, teaming agreements, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), contract administration, and negotiations pursuant to level of effort and cost structure required for the successful completion of Request for Proposals (RFP). Ms. Tabony has served as the Proposal Manager on hundreds of proposals for numerous Agencies at all levels of Government.
