Founded on a dream and a mission, DevMar Products, LLC embodies environmental initiatives that will help sustain our planet for generations to come. In 2007, Sharon W. Reynolds, President/CEO, launched the company with an idea to distribute environmentally-friendly products including green cleaning solutions and a suite of office products and solutions. Her quest is to provide the highest level of knowledge, expertise, discretion, and integrity in the development of business opportunities for the company while sustaining the environment.
Sharon has been selected as the 2019 WBE Star by WBENC South. She recently received the 100 Black Men/Women President’s Organization Women of Color Achievement Award and was honored with the Power Moves Award as Best Entrepreneur of the Year in 2018. Sharon received honors for the 2018 Nashville Business 100 Leading Women. This award was created to provide special recognition for women business owners who exemplify passion, courage, and leadership in their pursuit of business success. In September 2017, DevMar was named the Women’s Business Enterprise Council South Tier 1 Supplier of the Year. In 2015, the Nashville Black Chamber of Commerce named DevMar as Small Business of the Year. She is a graduate of the 2016 SBA Emerging Leaders Initiative for Entrepreneurs.
DevMar was selected by WBEC South as the WBE Spotlight Company for the June 2014 monthly edition and a finalist in the 2014 Small Business Awards. In October 2013 Sharon was selected as a WBENC scholarship recipient sponsored by IBM and attended the Tuck Business School WBENC Executive program in Palisades, New York.
DevMar Products, LLC was selected as the 2012 recipient of the WIPP Business Leadership – “External Communications” award presented at the Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP.org) Annual Leadership Meeting in Washington, D.C. In 2011-2012, the company was named one of the NEXT 50 Companies to Watch by the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Entrepreneur Center. In addition, the Nashville Post and the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce recognized DevMar as one of its “Green Heroes” during both the 2011 and 2012 award ceremonies. OfficeMax Office of Diversity and Inclusion featured DevMar during their customer profile in February 2013. Sharon was recognized as one of the Nashville Business Journal’s 2013 Women of Influence Award honorees. She was also featured in The People Issue section of the Nashville Scene for her contributions centered around sustainability for her line of specialty green products.
In 2012, Sharon launched DevMar Manufacturing, LLC to partner with larger manufacturers to formulate sustainable cleaning and sanitizing solutions to meet the sustainable goals of Fortune 100 and 500 companies. In 2016, DevMar Global Healthcare Solutions, LLC was formed and guided by Sharon’s ability to partner with Ni-Q, LLC to launch a commercially- sterile human donor milk for micro-preemie and premature infants in the NICU.
Sharon was selected to serve on the Enterprising Women magazine’s Advisory Council in 2018. She proudly serves on numerous boards such as the Second Harvest Food Bank and, Ni-Q, LLC, Portland, Oregon, and the Women’s Business Enterprise Council South in New Orleans, a Regional Partner of WBENC National. DevMar Products has been featured in numerous publications including CleanLink, Enterprising Women, Black EOE Journal, Nashville Post and Business Williamson.
She is a recent graduate of the WBENC Accelerated Leadership Development Program and the WBENC Energy Executive Program.
Sharon earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Green & Sustainable Enterprise Management from the University of Phoenix, graduating with honors. She also earned her Executive MBA from Tennessee State University in 2018.
Nicole Guidry
Executive Assistant
Nicole comes to DevMar Products with more than 15 years of experience in business administration, marketing, advertising and communications. Most recently, Nicole was a service line administrative manager with The Advisory Board, a consulting firm that specializes in improving the performance of health care organizations. Previously, she was an agency communications specialist with The Buntin Group in Nashville. Prior to that, she spent more than five years at manufacturing automation company, Doerfer, supporting sales and marketing efforts. “Nicole is an excellent addition to our expanding team,” says Sharon Reynolds, president and CEO, DevMar Products. “She brings the right combination of business administration and communications experience to help us reach the next level of strategic growth. We’re delighted to welcome her to the DevMar Products team.”
Nicole earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Middle Tennessee State University with a major in entrepreneurship and a minor in business. She has served as a volunteer for many local non-profits including Nashville Volunteer Doula Program, Habitat for Humanity, Nashville Humane Association and Second Harvest Food Drive.
