Principals/Owners/Key Leadership Team

Lisa is the firm’s managing principal, primarily responsible for managing the daily operations of the firm. Lisa has experience in valuation services, auditing, fraud examination and litigation support, with a special interest in working with small businesses and local non-profits.

Sarah specializes in financial statement presentation and auditing. In addition to managing the Auditing Department, she has extensive experience with local non-profits as well as business combinations, tax planning and tax preparation for small and medium-sized businesses.

Craig oversees the Tax Department, as well as firm development. Craig has experience in tax, accounting, and financial statement presentation and works mainly with small and medium-sized business owners and individual clients.
