As Founder and CEO of Clarion Security, Kim has leveraged her extensive 18-year background in corporate and asset lending to smartly position Clarion to be capable of excelling during its consistent, fast-paced growth.

As President of Clarion Security, Larry spearheads the customer growth and strategic vision for the business. With an intense passion for accelerating business development, Larry started his career with Automatic Data Processing in Memphis and was the top producer in the U.S. for 4 of his 7 years with the company as the Major Accounts District Manager.

He then joined Morgan Keegan as the Sr. Vice President of institutional fixed income where he was a top 20 producer with the responsibility of new territory growth in much of the US.

In 2005, Larry invested in a small, traditional security company, realizing his passion for security and the opportunity for a progressive provider in a traditional business. He then joined Clarion Security in 2011.

Larry attended both the University of Memphis and finished at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

Renette Mann, Vice President of Human Resources at Clarion Security, LLC, is responsible for all aspects of the company’s initiatives related to employee programs and processes, payroll and benefits, human resources information systems, recruitment, compensation, engagement, and evaluation of the company’s workforce. Ms. Mann was elevated to her current role in 2017 after spending seven years as the Human Resources Manager.

Ms. Mann’s Human Resources career has spanned two decades, and has included human resources management and environmental, health and safety (EHS) roles for large employers in the Mid South.
