A native of Mobile, Alabama, Louise Crow Oliver joined Peritus as an account coordinator after graduate school to grow the firm. Under her leadership, Peritus has moved its headquarters to Birmingham where it's client base and dedicated staff have continued to diversify and grow each and every year. She received both her bachelor of arts and her master of arts degrees in public relations from The University of Alabama; named by PR Week as the nation's top program of its kind. 

Louise has accumulated a wealth of practical experience working within the field of communications. In addition to an extensive background in both policy and public relations, Louise brings to Peritus a tremendous drive and passion for leadership, cultivating and managing relationships, and community service. She is married to Dr. Steven Oliver who recently completed a dental residency with The United States Air Force Academy. She is a previous PRSA Alabama president, current Literacy Alliance board member, and has been honored as PR News Top 30 Under 30 Rising Stars of PR and Birmingham Business Alliance’s Young Professional of the Year finalist.
