As President and CEO of the Phillips Tube Group, I bring more than 24 years of effective, forward-thinking experience to the welded steel tube industry. Being the daughter of Ralph H. Phillips, founder of the company, I have literally “grown up” in the business, our home was less than 50 yards from the factory while growing up in Shelby, Ohio.
Under my leadership, my team and I have brought the Phillips Tube Group to the forefront in quality, service, and collaboration with customers. We have rapidly transformed company operations by introducing new technology and process advancements. I am a thought-leader and driven to win the race in automation of manufacturing facilities. As a results oriented leader, I strives for excellence among global manufacturers.
