Lisa Cookmeyer’s over 30 years in engineering planning, design, program and project management in the private and public sectors are a tribute to Trigon’s efforts to cultivate the best engineering talent available. Contributing her valuable skills to numerous projects in infrastructure and facilities engineering, community restoration and much more, she continues to thrive as a true leader in our industry on a national and international level.

Michelle Herbert’s 18 years of experience working in contracts administration and management, project and program management, project support, finance and document management makes her the critical woman behind the scenes at Trigon. Ms. Herbert is our resident budget and finance expert in charge of tracking costs, invoicing, creating cost analyses and handling all our accounting and administrative support needs. She also manages the company’s wide range of small business certifications, serves as the primary Client Service Manager for certain key clients, and oversees some of the company’s business development activities.

With over 30 years of experience in planning, design and construction of municipal, industrial, commercial and residential development projects, Mr. Mansour’s dedication and skills have been invaluable to Trigon and our many partners, as a leader on capital improvement programs, water, wastewater and drainage master plans, disaster recovery projects. Sal’s strategy development and planning skills are vital to projects and programs of all types and sizes.
