After seeing the need for a locally owned, community oriented staffing agency, Karen founded Quality Staffing Solution in 2006. She has over 20 years' experience in the staffing industry. Karen has a great amount of expertise in the HR and payroll sectors of the business.
Along with all of the staffing experience, Karen has worked in accounting, banking and warehousing. These broad arrays of experiences have enabled her to guide Quality Staffing Solution to the pinnacle of area staffing companies.
After graduating high school in Huntsville, AL, Karen married lifelong Cullman County resident, Lewis Blair and made her home in the West Point Community. She continued her education by studying Business at Calhoun State Community College and Liberty University.
