Lori founded the company in 1980, with her degrees and professional licenses she and her team have been instrumental in establishing and maintaining workplace compliance for many small to midsize companies. in 2018 she added her partner, Elizabeth O'Donnell.

Elizabeth is certified safety professional, a safety engineer and an adult worker educator. She brings her expertise in safety to our customers through site assessments, safety designs, workplace records management and effective employee training.
