Peg Allen
The common denominator in all of Peg’s endeavors has been communication. For 20 years she was a
psychotherapist helping individuals and couples find their voice and communicate that voice effectively.
Over the past 35 years Peg has designed and led workshops and seminars focused on developing effective
communication and relationship skills.
As a communication coach Peg works with individuals and groups to enhance and shape their presentation
skills and style with in-person events (speeches, workshops, employment interviews) and with media events
(interviews, broadcast speeches, teleconferencing, panels).
Her work with clients results in higher close rates on sales presentations, reduced friction among staff, and
customer service that creates customers for life. After working with Peg, Cracker Barrel store managers are
better equipped to resolve everyday conflict and retain valued employees and customers.
