A 35-year veteran in the electrical construction and lighting management industry, Jami Hall is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Stones River Electric. Located in Nashville, Tenn., Stones River Electric specializes in energy efficiency projects, lighting design and solutions, electrical and lighting maintenance services, energy management and sustainable energy. With electrical licenses in over 20 states and extensive auditing capabilities, Ms. Hall has led her firm into a variety of vertical markets and facility types.


Ms. Hall holds a bachelor's degree from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tenn., and she is a Certified Lighting Management Consultant (CLMC).

Doug Woodward

Founder and President


As founder and president, Doug Woodward is responsible for the overall direction and strategic growth of Woodstone Energy. With more than 15 years of experience in industrial energy services, Mr. Woodward works with Fortune 50 manufacturers to develop a customizable energy services process to identify, justify and implement facilities optimization strategies designed to reduce costs and optimize service levels.


Under his leadership, Woodstone Energy far exceeded its first-year growth projection, and clients have experienced a 15 to 20 percent increase in overall plant efficiency.


Previously, Mr. Woodward worked in director-level positions with Optimira Energy, Inc., Cinergy Solutions and EMCOR Energy Services, serving a variety of Fortune 50 industrial markets, including consumer packaged goods, both household and food, car manufacturing and pharmaceutical. Mr. Woodward holds a B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University Southeast.

Rob Wilson

Vice President and Board of Directors


Rob Wilson offers nearly 20 years of experience electrical and lighting industry, specializing in the designing and building energy management systems. Mr. Wilson has worked with a variety of industrial markets, including car manufacturing and consumer packaged goods, both household and food.


He has a B.S. in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee University in Murfreesboro, Tenn. Mr. Wilson also holds a Master Electrician License with authority in more than 25 states, along with the following designations: Certified Lighting Management Consultant (CLMC), Lighting Certified (LC) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED, AP).
