Founded Aerial in 2009 at the age of 21 with the mission of elevating people and places. Britnie is resetting the standard of what is possible for women and young people across the globe and has won several national and international awards for speed of growth, innovation and trajectory. Aerial’s commitment to a triple bottom line approach is proving that conscious business is not only viable but the way of the future.

With an MBA in Executive Management and Marketing, Robin brings an extensive skill set to the Aerial team. She has been promoted within Aerial 4x in her 3 years of employment, proving her ability to be responsible for very high-level and strategic projects. On top of managing the staff and overall company operations she compiles in-depth market research to developed project-specific growth and marketing plans as well as overseeing 3rd party vendors

Over the last 5 years, Josh has sourced and managed all new infill development procurement and has acquired, managed and successfully entitled multiple mixed-use and single family developments. Josh acts as community, Council and Metro liaison for all of Aerial's projects. His vision for land possibilities and passion to see a project come to life has helped create some of Nashville's most desirable places to live, work and play.
