I am the Owner of Transcendent Legal with over fourteen years of law firm experience defending small and large clients in various industries. My practice includes, but is not limited to, legal assistance to start-ups, charter schools, franchises, public-private partnerships and established companies. I facilitate efficient, effective negotiation, mediation and resolution of legal matters. My practice places an emphasis on project management and process improvement to increase positive legal outcomes and focus on the client’s business needs. I am also Co-Founder of Prosquire, the Legal Project Management software for the small-to-medium size law firms. Prosquire provides small-medium sized firms with the infrastructure to maintain an organized, turn-key practice that provides a large law firm level of service.
