Approach / Actions:

• Designed the first enterprise-wide leadership coaching program for Medical Team Leaders.

• Served as the coach liaison and built a community of practice for 80+ executive coaches over a 5-years;  orientated and vetting external coaches.

• Onboarded executive coaches during two mergers; provided cultural integration coaching and leadership development support for country managers in US, Canada and Latin America.

• Designed and implemented executive coaching program for senior leaders in Europe, Africa and the Middle East (EUAFME).

• Designed and implemented transition coaching for leaders moving to more senior positions.

Results:

• "Leadership that Steps Forward" recognized in the Conference Board Gold Book.

• Innolect designs and protocols implemented in US, Canada, South America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East (EUAFME).

• After IPO, selected to provide Executive Coaching  for Zoetis.

• Innolect executive coaches engaged again for new business transitions such as receiving promotions and/or taking new positions with other companies.
