Billie Bryant Schultz is the CEO of CESCO and has led in transitioning the company from a service organization of used equipment to become a technology innovator in digital transformation for the printing and other technology industries today. The company is a VAR for Xerox, Lexmark, HP and Brother in printing equipment, Dell and HP in computers, laptops, servers, Quadient for shipping and mailing equipment along with StorageCraft and Rubrik Cloud Data Protection and Management Services. The company is located in Dallas and has been a member of the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce for 30 years. CESCO is also a member of the Better Business Bureau in this region.
As President and CEO of Technology Interchange Resources, Billie became a pioneer of e-commerce by earning a pivotal government contract to administer the Dallas Electronic Commerce Resource Center (ECRC), a non-profit organization funded by the Department of Defense (DoD). The ECRC located in Dallas trained over 25,000 small business owners, employees and government buyers to make the transition from paper to electronic processes in their national region during the five-year term of their contract.
Billie is also a visionary, supporter, and activist for women Entrepreneurs. As a founding board member of Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) along with Dallas major corporations, Billie helped to set and maintain standards and procedures for the Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) certification process still in place today. She served on the board of WBENC for 10 years and is now recognized by the organization as one of the WBE Leadership Forum Chair Emeriti. She has won WBENC Applause Award and in 2017 the Pioneering Choice Award and is one of twenty-four Women of Distinction named by WBENC. Locally she continues to serve on the Board of Directors for Women’s Business Council, Southwest WBC Southwest where she was also a founding member, she serves on the American Institute of Diversity & Commerce (AIDC) Board where she was honored in 2009 with the inaugural induction into the Women’s Business Enterprise Hall of Fame. Billie also serves on the Board of Directors for the Go for the Greens Foundation where she has served to implement and deliver their Mentoring Program for young ladies 14 to 21. At the GFTG Conference in 2019 she was honored with the Mary Schnack Award for her community work with the Mentoring Program for young ladies at the Harmony Science Academy in Dallas, a school for underserved girls and boys.
