Michelle founded Elan Strategies, a boutique consulting firm focused on business development in Washington, DC. Described as a connector and relationship builder, Michelle loves brain storming with clients and developing strategy to ensure her clients succeed.
Prior to founding Elan Strategies, Michelle worked for the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC), the largest Hispanic business organization in the United States.
Previously, Michelle worked for the Cesar Chavez Foundation as the Regional Director of Outreach, building national relationships with labor, farm worker, and non-violent organizations. While in Austin, Texas Michelle worked at Gerson Lehrman Group focusing on investment decisions in the energy and industrial industries.
