Walmart recently developed a mobile app to allow customers to checkout from their personal smartphones. Walmart was interested in understanding whether or not customers liked the user experience of the app, how valuable the tool was to its customers, and what improvements it could make to the app. Wyzerr was tasked with collecting better insight than it’s existing survey provider tool, one of the country’s leading market research firms. Within a few weeks of the campaign going live, Wyzerr had surpassed the competitor’s platform in data collection. Wyzerr collected 72,000 responses over 6 weeks, and captured valuable insight about how to improve the app.
